1. Research use only

All products supplied by Betaforma Laboratories Inc. are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory and research applications. They are not drugs, food, supplements, or cosmetics, and may not be marketed, dispensed, prescribed, or used for human consumption, diagnostic, or therapeutic purposes.

2. Buyer eligibility

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age, are a qualified researcher or research institution, and are purchasing solely for laboratory research use.

3. Compliance

You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing the import, possession, handling, and use of research chemicals in your jurisdiction.

4. Limitation of liability

Products are sold "as is" for research use. Betaforma disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

5. Returns

Due to the nature of research chemicals, opened or shipped products are non-returnable. Damaged or incorrect shipments must be reported within 7 days for replacement.
